7. Disclaimers

  • Outputs from AI models are for reference only and do not constitute professional advice
  • We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure
  • We are not liable for losses resulting from your violation of these Terms
  • We may modify or suspend services as described in these Terms or applicable law

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms as our services evolve. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a competent people's court located where the Platform operates.
